I ended up responding with "cool, have fun. I'll hit you up later" before R.C's post stating not to reply.
I didn't get a reply back, and I'm not expecting one. I just feel like I gave her the power after sending that text.
No one has the power, because nothing exists to have power over. Nothing ever happened between you two.
Your reaction was very cool. *as long as you refrain from contacting her for a couple weeks*.

I'm going to move on to the next girl on my list.
You don't have a choice, lol. You did the right thing, now enjoy the next girl.
It obviously sounds like the girl who said no to the last date was a girl you found very attractive. The problem was, you wasted her time with lame dates. She probably just wanted to fuck.
When you text "Cool, have fun I'll hit you up later", when a girl rejects you, you're not acting like most guys. Most guys would have responded like this:
You: Let's hang out.
Her: Sorry, I'm busy that night.
You: Come on, it will be fun!
You: Hey, still alive????
Or:
You: Let's hang out.
Her: Sorry, I'm busy that night.
You: I dislike girls who waste my time, or disrespect me.
You're acting like a man who has options. And when you don't contact her later, she'll wonder why (is something wrong with me? Did he find someone else?).
And sometimes, when you turn a girl off by wasting her time (three lame ass dates, no escalation), your indifference will turn her back onto you, and she'll hit you up down the road.
