My problem is that she only messages random shit like some funny story from work, it doesn't lead anywhere. If I ask her out it reveals my interest, I kind of think it has to be her idea at this point. I've already asked out for drinks twice before she made up some excuse. Depends what the other options were. I know I fucked up then on the other hand I know this girl has never had the best options so might still be in with a chance.

Women are attracted to men, who dont allow their time to be wasted. If she's not meeting up with you, and you still respond to her messages, it just shows you'll take anything she throws. If you had 3 girls you were fucking right now, you wouldnt be responding to a chick who is refusing to meet, and she and the other women all know this.

When are you free?" - either a date is set or you tell her to give you a call when she sorts her schedule out...

After failing twice you give up on her, eliminate her 100% as even a possibility to be a potential option in future. You act like she doesn't exist. This only changes if SHE reaches out and asks YOU to go on a date.
