It doesn't even make sense from an economic standpoint. A high priced escort would only cost you $300 per hour, and probably hang out longer. And be a fuck of a lot less superficial.

I'm a noob but in my experience it does a bit. At the very least it acts as an ice breaker and gains her interest. Also the adrenaline rush if she's in the passenger seat can turn her on.
