Hi Mr. Assertive. I hope you aren't referring to me as the troll. This really did happen. If you mean the guy who made it illegal to practice pick up, backed by a video demonstration of the pick up set in question that caused this, then I would say...Yes he seems a bit...troll ish.

It was very hard watching his videos. I started feeling like he was doing it on purpose. I mean he had to be, no one with common sense would act like that, and expect to actually pick up women.

Where I am from to successfully charge someone with criminal harassment you have to prove the charge. A person has to have been responsible for repeated unwanted attempts to, follow, communicate, watch or act in a way that threatens/offends you.

or

You must prove the person in question has done one of the things previously mentioned with the express intent of harassing you with foreknowledge of his/her behavior being unwanted.

There must be reasonable grounds to believe there was intent.

If you are charged with harassment successfully for doing pickup then in all likely hood you clearly have either been offensive and may or may not have been oblivious to your own behavior or have made a grave error in reading how receptive a person is to communicating with you.

Pickup is not illegal, because pickup is not about harassment. Harassment is the result of stupid people trying to learn something intelligent people already know, doing illegal shit in the process just because they have no fucking clue about, well, ANYTHING. Because they are stupid.
