whenever i get rejected by certain people i get angry
it means im thinking im the boss and who are you? to reject me your just sheeps
is it ego? that im thinking highly of my self im kidna confused

If you were a boss you'd simply walk away smile on face.

What you're feeling is what the child throwing a fit in the grocery store feels when his parents don't validate him with the attention he thinks he deserves.

I don't get angry.

I honestly just get a little shocked. They'll never get to experience all the joy i can bring into their lives. It sounds to me like you're putting others down to bring yourself up when that isn't necessary. Just bring yourself "up". They aren't sheep, they just misunderstood you.

Do you get mad at the hoop when your basketball shot doesn't go in it? Do you get mad at the ball? Or do you get mad at yourself?

thanks for the quick response.. i only get angry on the people from my past before i knew pua

and not to strangers..

but well there were some those who harshley reject and ignore me like on my first night game
let me put it this way my past experience with people i met was so bad i come from zero literaly
that everyone thinks im a loser you understand why i get angry to them for they think im still that kid

If others can get to you, then you are doing it wrong. I play with little kids at the gym (it's part of my job), at the end of the day. If they choose to play basketball. I suck ass lol. I play soccer. So naturally, the ball doesn't go in 89% of the time. I noticed recently that my demeanor changes if a cute female aid comes in with her 3 kids to enjoy the free time. I start shooting less..but I ask myself, if I am hot shit, they won't care. So, in that moment, I just shoot. If she judges me on my basketball skills solely..well o well. Live free.

Being angry is healthy. Look for a way to vent, to release the stress, and you'll feel much better.

If it affects your resolve then you're not really the boss, right? I mean the boss is usually in control, and you lost it.

Too many people fail to realize the pacifying effect of 'plenty of other..' -including myself-, and it works for a myriad of scenarios like dealing with rejection, oneitis, getting outalpha'ed from your target etc. It's a big difference between knowledge and belief here.
