If not then what should be my next move? Waste more time and you'll end up in the friend zone. Next time you meet her and you have the fun and flirt vibe going, ask her if she'd like to meet for a drink or two (this is to find an excuse for you guys to spend time together outside school). Lead her to sex location and close the deal.
