exploiting feelings of guilt

so the girl I've been seeing was caught doing some online flirting with some dude she met abroad. I finally did the right thing, grew a pair and said it's better we stop seeing each other.

Of course now she's coming back crying, "i've made a mistake, i'm sorry, blablacrycry".

My question is, I think this might be an opportunity, but how can i exploit this feeling of guilt to the maximum? I'm talking about: when do i grant her the chance to see me again (been a week now) and how do i get her to do nasty stuff, clean my house, buy me dinners, ...
