So a couple of weeks back i was posting on here saying im down i need to daygame i drew 3 blanks walking round a shopping center an i was ashamed to even log on here.

Today i went with my friend an seen this stunning girl with a arse to die for.

After a bit of hesitation i walked up an stopped her the conversation didnt last long nerves were there my body language went to crap.

But i dont care i grew a set and went up to her the rush after it was so good its better than any drug.
I only did one as we have plans tonight but im ready for it on wedensday when we go again.

Now i just need to practise untill i dont get nervous an study a bit of game im so happy right now i feel
Alive an my old self again. Amazing what 1 approach can do.

Approach another 150-200 girls. The jitters will go away. It's just out of your comfort zone at this point.

The approach anxiety will never "fully" go away. You'll feel it at the start of most sessions, but the difference is it doesn't affect you as much and goes away a lot faster once you get more experience.
