C'mon man. Musical preference is musical preference.

Go in the gym and lift heavy shit if you want testosterone boosts. Complement it with a good diet and that should be enough for anybody.

Likewise, listen to Pantera, Metallica and other hard rocking bands.
Wait, what is this for?
It's science. Guys who listen to hard rock bands have higher testosterone compared with those who prefer to listen to NightNoise or The Piano Guys for instance.
Huh. All I can find is this: http://www.anabolicmen.com/music-lowers ... ne-levels/

Which basically says music lowers testosterone in males, but increases it in females. It doesn't look like he tested "hard rock" music though. (I did also find the research paper abstract but this is easier to read despite the poor editing.)

The only thing I found stating that heavy metal increases testosterone is for fetuses... so it sounds like it may be too late for us. :)

You seem to be 'That Guy', that would text a girl; "I see you." From a tree - In her yard.

I've read 2-3 threads of yours OP and you're creepy as fuck.

Get into a competitive sports for starters. If that is not possible, do some early morning sprints at the park, eat right, and get enough sleep. Likewise, listen to Pantera, Metallica and other hard rocking bands.

Lift weights at the gym too.
wait a minute, first of all. Dont judge nor criticize people. Second Monsignor Crisanto sounds like a pretty gay n creepy child molesting priest n lastly what the fuck....why would you be researching past threads on people that posted stuff on this forum. Now thaats fucking creepy n stalking behavior. Though I do appreciate for the feedback on getting excercise ...thanks bro.

Hah...hah thats funny. Noh I wouldn't do that. That sounds like a scene from "Back from the Future"....hah...hah. No Im not that type of guy. I just happen to be that guy that sucks wirh text game (just like some guys dont know or cant dance ...no matter what they will never dance, probably the chicken dance only). When it comes to socializing with a person or a group...no problem....but text I hate because everybody seems to "read between the lines" and it seems like its always in a negative context. When people read text.

Do I dare to ask you for the the transcript and what you wrote to her?
I wrote: Hey Jamie, Im having a bad day n I need someone to talk too to de-compress. I chose you bcuz I trust you. Call or text me back when you get a chance. Thanks. (Keep in mind that I texted 10 other women, 3 girls I just met, both of my sisters, including mamma, plus 3 other chic friends

You're tired of this BS game stuff because what you did was BS game. Your "target" doesn't want to be the person to unload your problems on. She wants someone that adds value to her life and this gambit didn't do any of that. Women tend to look at men that are problem solvers and not complainers.

I am surprised your family didn't block you.

I recommend learning game. Not winging it and guessing

The Wikipedia article (Involuntary celibates) which has the reference to the scientific study regarding the correlation between low testosterone and inability to interact well with women did not pass the Articles for Deletion debates. The article is now gone after 10 years of existence. In there, it says incels hate rock music while guys who have normal testosterone levels are okay with rock music.

Correlation != causation. In this case it's just as likely that higher testosterone makes you more likely to enjoy rock music. Plus... "incels." LOL.

You created several threads, one after the other, asking for advice. It's not exactly digging up anything.

general-questions/leaving-text-voice-me ... 93805.html

You created that one above less than two weeks ago and I posted in there. I also posted on your other thread below.

general-questions/express-your-feelings ... 04-15.html

You want advice so you got advice. Look, I don't even know you personally. And there's no point in criticizing nor judging anonymous people in the internet. But what you're doing borders on criminal behavior. You have to realize that. It isn't criticism.

We're discouraging you to engage in criminal behavior. It's a wake up call to live healthier physically, emotionally, mentally, and psychologically so your social interactions with women will improve and be more harmonious.

We're NOT criticizing you as a person. We're discouraging YOUR BEHAVIOR which is bordering on the criminal.

Monsignor cristano no offense, no personal issues, and no hate... but this thread is not only for myself but to help others understand that this behavior or "bad move" is definitely unacceptable to anyone who joined and belong to this forum. Some guys n newbies are too shy or way to afraid to ask this type of question(s). So I have to take the initiative to help one another. Whether you see it or not we all (guys) belong to each other and help each other to grow as matured PUA's. This thread does several things: to start a thread conversation, to share ideas, to argue n debate but most importantly to male bond with each as future PUA's with integrity. And for that I respect you, your advise n pick up experience....like a big brother?

Come on, OP. You have to see that this is the same problem that you are having with the girl that blocked you. You did something that made you look bad and now you're trying to explain yourself and win people back over to your side. Accept the fuck up and move on. Most of the time when you start acting normal, even the people who frowned at you will forgive you and put it in the past. Trying to force the issue will only be met with more resistance.
