So I met this girl 2 weeks ago. She's Mexican, new in town, a student, around 32 years old. I'd say HB6.

I met her in a shop, went direct, told her she's cute. Tried for the insta date but failed. She offered me her number and to meet up with her and her friend later that night.

Saw her that night with a few of my friends. I dropped her at her place at the end of the night.There was some basic kino like hand holding etc. but nothing else.

Since then I've seen her nearly every other day for the last 2 weeks and she initiates texts with me every day, asks to hang out etc. She knows I want to be more than just friends but she seems to say directly or indirectly that that will never happen. She tries to avoid having me in her room alone since she says I am "dangerous" and told me yesterday that she was scared when I looked at her in a certain way.

I tease her a lot and she seems to get a bit annoyed i.e. yesterday I helped her do laundry and there was a piece of clothing which looked really small so I smiled and said "Are you sure you can fit into that". She starts getting annoyed and saying "You always call me fat!".

She also negs me semi-constantly sometimes with a serious face i.e. "That's why you are single", "You have no respect for women", "You just say whatever you want", "You'll never get a girlfriend".

She has a bf in her home country who I can sense she is not too happy about.

She definitely likes me in some way at least since she's always messaging me and asking to hang out and do stuff together. There is some kino like hugging, hand holding, kissing on cheeks etc., but she resists any further escalation i.e. hugging etc. when we are alone.

So I'm quite confused as to what is going on in her mind? Is she friend-zoning me or are these all just shit tests? What's my next move?
