So on Sunday I decided to text back a girl who I haven't had contact for about 2 months. Before then we were hooking up pretty regularly (in her mind we were probably dating already).

Sent her a text on Sunday got a very positive response. Was texting again today and she came back with this: You know? My sisters are confused. I had already told them that I would not see you again, and now they found out I was talking with you again and they are asking me: Why would he want to see you again if he is already dating somebody else?

The sisters plot is probably bullshit, she probably went on my instagram or something and saw that I was not sitting around the corner crying... so she is trying to find out whether I am with someone or not. She is a very "traditional" girl, in a sense that either you are ONLY going out with me, or if you want to go out with other girls don't text me.

How do you counter this? I need to find a way of letting her know I am not currently going out with anyone without sounding that I am apologizing for anything. After all, if I went out and had a drink with another girl during that time we were not even talking to each other.
