So, I was texting this HB9, we're talking for 4 hours now, and I get a message from a friend of mine saying

HB9 is mine. hands off. i'm serious. she's my piece. for a month now.

Anyway, he bullshitted me and I caught him a bit, but I know for sure that she told him that she was speaking to me. Imo it's kinda stupid that she did this, so I want to tell her something but I really don't know what. And when?! I'mma set up a date regardless of my friend's warnings, 0 fucks given, but it bugged me that she told him that she's speaking to me. Or maybe it's a good sign?! Like "Bruh, I'm talking to your friend. Yeah, he's way smoother then you little piece of shit"

I'm friends with a bouncer in this town who's my only real competition. We have a "list" that helps maintain our friendship. Girls we really like go on the list, especially if there's a history. The list is always respected, and it's fairly short.

If my friend acted like yours did, I'd tell him to go fuck himself and find a new friend.

I'd also stop talking to any guy who said "she's my piece". Sounds like an absolute buffoon with a third grade education.

Things got even funnier. He, who supposedly is one of my best friends, called me 10 minutes ago and told me EXACTLY what I spoke with the HB9 last night (I asked her out, and on the phone, he invited me out exactly in the way I told her to go out with me).

And then he tried to semi-threaten me, things like "I like her. She likes me. Stop talking to her. Stop hitting on her. Are you idiot, why are you talking to her when I asked you NOT TO ", I told him "Dude, if she likes you, and you like her, what harm can I cause to your thing if I speak to her?".

I really don't know what to say about the 2 of them. I think he's afraid that I can "steal" her from him, but HB9? Why the f*ck is she telling him what we speak? Should I stop talking to her? Should I tell her in the most cockyfunny way not to be a bitch and tell him the things what we speak? Should I continue talking to her, pretending like nothing happened, and continuing to receive these kind of "threats"?

Nope, I told her something like "What are you doing tomorrow?" She said "Nothing much, probably I'll study", I told her that "Tomorrow I should have went with a buddy of mine to clothing shopping but he flaked last minute, wanna come with me?". She said no, I said ok, but then we carried on talking (probably I should have built some more rapport, was going to do this and ask her out again, if "No" again, fuck her).

But now I don't even know what to do. I was thinking of telling him something like "Dude. If she likes you as you say she does, no matter what I do she'll not go out on a date with me. If you think I can make her change her mind, then probably she doesn't like you as you think she does" or something like that.

I also don't know how to handle the situation with her, as in, do I tell her that I found out that she's telling him things she speaks with me or not.

She's playing games man. Cut. If she can't be discreet, most likely she's not trying to get with you and just likes the attention.

At first there was a possibility that she briefly mentioned you in casual conversation, but this one is clearly playing you for a fool. She's probably even telling your "friend" to do that. Lay it to rest man, and invest your time with someone more likely to yield a return.
