I'm skinny fat, SPAM. But I am already working on it!
With an LBM of only 126lbs at 6' tall... I know I have a long, long ways to go.
That gives you a BMI of 17.1, which is underweight... I really don't think you need to work on fat loss.

I knew shoulder size was important, but I didn't realize it was that important. I thought there was a lot more going into that. I also guess I should just go for fat loss first, and then worry about putting on muscle. It sounds like being scrawny is better than being chubby and muscular.
What I kept thinking as I read (ok, skimmed) the article was: This guy sounds like he was scrawny and is biased against fat guys. I'm no expert, but I have the impression that I see more women with strong/big guys than with scrawny guys. Plus with you already being so underweight I think you should focus on muscle building first.
Take a look at something like Stronglifts 5x5, which I'm currently training on, he even talks about how building up the muscle will help you burn fat if/when you need to later on.
