There is no such thing as a 'natural' IMO. They are like you and everyone else. Humans. We all have that potential. You're looking at it from the wrong point of view. Dudes aren't just 'natural' with women, it's not even about that, it's their 'go getter' attitude, their confidence.
The best players in the world are confident. What you call a 'natural' is just confident with women. He may be a complete dickhead, but his confidence is what gets him over the line everytime.
These guys are more confident in all aspect of life, and because they are more confident in all aspect of life they have more success because they take more risks and are out in the world far more often making things happen. For example, this will translate to their text game. Someone who is busy in life will text a girl infrequently because they are busy. In the world of pickup this is exactly what is teached because alot of guys learning pickup aren't confident people for whatever reason, so they are needy and need out side sources of validation and approval, so they text too frequently and they come off as needy. This is just one example of someone who is confident and has a self reliance on feeling good as opposed to someone who isn't confident and needs an outside source of happiness. This translates into all aspects of the game, texting is just one example. The way they were brought up and parenting has 90% of why they are, the way they are IMO. Good parents should be able to instill confidence into their kids. People who aren't confident in themselves either had bad parents OR parents who aren't confident themselves IMO.
The pickup world teaches you to be that guy that the girls want. That 'guy' generally has purpose in his life and women aren't his no.1 priority. Pickup isn't generally learning about techniques and all that other bullshit, although it does help, pickup is teaching you how to lead a life that has purpose, and women are attracted to men who have purpose in their life and it doesn't matter what that purpose is.
Stop thinking in terms of 'natural' and 'non-natural' because it's all bullshit. Everyones a 'natural'. You just haven't found it yet.
Pickup is a great place for guys who haven't found their 'inner natural' because talking to women, even thinking about walking up and cold approaching a women can be fucking terrifying. I've experienced it, walking down the street and seeing a beautiful girl whom I'd like to approach, talk to, attract and fuck. It's FUCKING SCARY. I'd rather go skydiving. It's like being in a room with a spider. The more you do it the easier it gets, and then all of a sudden you're comfortable with it and you're getting laid by hot women, you know how the game works. You're mastering something.
Once you've mastered something you've started to uncover you're 'inner natural'. That's why pick up is amazing, it turns any dude who's a pussy in life into a go getter, because once you've conquered something as terrifying as approaching beautiful women to fuck everything else that comes at you in life seems way more accomplish-able.
