Mystery, Strauss and the rest have played their role in this, no doubt. I respect them the same way I respect any veteran, but their time is long gone.

"No more mister nice guy" by Dr. Robert Glover and "Models" by Mark Manson should be a rite of passage for any man in todays society. I've read a lot of material over the years, but these two books should be unanimously considered the Flagship of the pickup community.

Most books teach you to fake it, these teach you to make it.

I strongly advise you to pick them up immediately, in whichever order you like.

PS: Models has an audiobook version and since Mark reads it himself, it adds significantly more depth and perspective.
