Hey guys, i think most of you know that The Game was realeased in 2003 and we are now in 2015. I was wondering if there was another book similar to it but more recent? That would include it talking about new techniques, online game etc?

'The game' is more of a story so you won't find anything like a best seller. To be honest, I think the book kinda skips over the rejection stage and is not a good book to learn game, view it as entertainment perhaps.

There are lots of zero to hero stories around though, not as well written as Neil Strauss, just pick a guru that you kinda relate and connect with.

To learn about techniques, recommend you just google what you need and skip the novel part.

The Game sucks.

Get "Models" by Mark Manson. The audiobook because he reads it himself and that just adds more depths.
I've read my fair share of material, but Models is vastly superior to anything I've ever came across.

I am reading that right now for the 2nd time and forgot how awesome that book is. Didn't know there was an Audiobook...

Itunes gift cards and audible don't seem to work in my country. Is anyone keen on sending me a pdf copy of models? Thanks a lot!
