?
thanks
Don't try to remember anything. When you're talking to someone, you should be in the moment, not trying to remember that witty one-liner you read on the forum last night. Social interactions are a back and forth between two people, listen to what they say and respond appropriately as well as notice their enthusiasm/lack of enthusiasm regarding topics you bring up.
In terms of when you're trying to work on stuff, just focus on 1 or 2 things at a time; for example "tonight I'm gonna work on my body language", that doesn't mean constantly be in your head thinking "body language body language body language", but when you're out and approaching etc, just every 5-10 minutes or so quickly think "How's my body language" then correct it if it needs correctly. Same goes for if you're practising your voice tonality etc. don't worry about remembering scripted lines because HOW you speak is way more important than what you say.
When you practice and practice and practice, what you'll find is that you'll naturally start to learn the common patterns which occur in social interactions, you only learn this through practice, you can't read your way to be able to recognise similar situations as they happen. I'm not saying stop reading about this stuff, but don't focus on that, anything your brain deems important enough to remember from reading these forums etc, you'll remember on the spot in the moment without having to consciously think about it.
