At a bar I opened a set and all went well, but I had to go home and asked for a #.
She told she was working in this bar and told me to visit her.
So, I did. Again interaction went well, some flirting with light kino and she liked it. Her friends were ok with me as well.
She gave me her # and we agreed to meet together at some point.
But when I started texting her, she replies to each second message and is very passive, cold. What do you think happened? My only thought its hard to get... as I don't remember myself fucking up during live interaction.

Probably got a number of other options and just too lazy to respond, you are back-up at best. You might have gamed her OK but not enough to get her pussy wet. Go back to the bar and game her better, escalation especially.

I use texting to arrange meetings and limit text amounts to minimum. It went like this:
"Hi, name! I'm going to be in the city center all day. You should come so we can meet each other"
no reply all day
"So, whats happening, why don't you reply?"
"I was busy and now Im busy with friends"
Next day I texted:
"How are things?"
"Nothing much"
"It seems like you don't wanna talk, you are so passive in messaging"
"No, I am just busy"
shit like this. I don't even know why she was flirting with me in the first place. It's not that I have got a crush on her, just interested in what's happening in her head.

You're obviously doing text game wrong.
The first message would've been better if you just said "Gonna be in city center all day, you should pass by"

And why ask her "why don't you reply?". That made you look too much needy.
And the part where you said that she is passive in messaging, terrible. Better be honest than lie to you to be honest.

In your case, just use text to arrange meetings. You'll be better off face to face.

yeah, I admit I sounded needy in texts. Well, I was surprised this happened after we had some good time. Anyway, I won't text her anymore, I might just come and see her in the bar.

Dude, you've lost this one. She is a bartender so she gets hit on A LOT! Even if you were to get this girl, you couldn't keep her because you have no inner game. She was interested which is proven by the fact you got a real number, but then you became a wuss.

You are over-texting. Most guys do it and thats girls appear cold and distant. You shouldn't bother with text game because there is nothing good that can come from it. First you need to meet up with her so just fucking ask her out. Your only text should be something like, "I'm going to the (enter activity) today, you can come if you want."

And that's it. If it's a no, she really just wasn't that into you and that's okay, you just meet another girll. Never put all your eggs in one basket.
