How to respond to this shit test

Its quite a harsh shit test but has happened two times.
I have a friend who is very good at PUA, he comes around often and in two occasions i have had females say that i should go away and leave him, like i said its a harsh shit test because i know i haven't been too bad at my approaches, he just comes across as more cocky and laid back, however there is little i can do to respond to this. We both have a reputation for getting up to mischief at our university.

Hahah thats good, because i have had this a couple of times, I'm charismatic, but he is more charismatic and thats why they say it, anything else, i just ignore it, because i wouldn't know what to say.
