ok #1, that is almost the perfect weight for that height so i have no clue what you are talking about, your BMI is great; the only reason you think your skinny is because you compare yourself to other dudes, do you want to be fat? overweight? get diabetes and put strain on your bones? if that's what you want then yes gain weight

I just want to be a normal size and toned.
right there is your problem - just because the "normal" weight is 260 pounds doesn't mean thats a "healthy" weight, most people are WAY overweight so if you want to be normal then you should just eat ice cream everyday and play x-box 24/7 while not moving, trust me, you don't want to be "normal" with peoples obese problems today...
#2 I weigh the same and am taller than you (and don't think im anorexic or super skinny), sure I'm smaller but it's all muscle, and its funnier when I can beat fat people up just because they think they're bigger and pick a fight with me
Remember; "Average adult Americans are about one inch taller, but nearly a whopping 25 pounds heavier from 1960 to today" "In 1966, the average BMI for a 16-year-old boy was 21.3; in 2002, it was 24.1"
"average" does not mean "healthy" You are healthy, don't throw it away so you can think you look better
