@samex,
dude nooo!!!
red peppers is a fruit! it has fructose!
and yeast/candida survive off apple cider vinegar!!!
tomato is also a fruit!!!
no oil!!! not even oilive!!!!

thats why ur detox headache went away!!!

remember this diet is strict only for the first few weeks!
u can eat red peppers, tomatoes, olive oil, etc
after u starve the yeast/candida off
and u do it by not eating any kind of sugar

Day 3:
Weight:201lbs
Food Eaten-All food eaten today was steamed and blended...Asparagus one meal, Red peppers one meal and tomatoes. I had a raw salad of just parsley, olive oil and tomatoes. Spoonful of Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning...olives green/black, and tomato(raw)
Drink- 2.5 litre of water
Slept Last Night- 9.5hours (2hr reduction pretty badass)
Sexual Energy- None existent.
Physical Energy- Pretty normal, felt really good walking outside when the sun was out, than I got sluggish again when the sun went down. Walked for 1km.
Emotional Energy- I got pissed off at my girlfriend and we fought a little bit. I was pissed but than managed to control myself pretty easily.
Thoughts(BREAKTHROUGH)- Today I felt a much deeper connection to God. I know it sounds weird, but after questioning myself of why I am suffering while I am doing this, and then thought about other less fortunate people it really put my body/mind into perspective. The rest of the day I really felt at ease with everything that happened. I kinda just allowed everything to happen without really judging it.
To further clarify, its like my subconscious was working with my conscious mind and did not judge me. It's sounds crazy, but it makes perfect sense. Anytime I did something "wrong" my subconscious was just like "that was interesting" were before it would be like "you idiot, how can you make a mistake, dumbass"
Side-effects- Early in the day I was CRAVING fries and gravy, or popeyes,
Colon Tract- Used the bathroom in the morning once.
Urine Tract- Been urinating all day mainly clear/light yellow.

At PUALucky...
Sorry bro I didn't know the exact details. This seems to be working pretty well. And i'll be honest, I would have broken down by yesterday if I couldn't have at least a tomato or some kind of olive oil. I'm hoping I don't disappoint you, but I am going to continue on this plan. I'm really enjoying it by the way, and just from today, I really feel... enlightened.

It's a very good idea to quit smoking and quit any other forms of drugs while you do this.

Even main stream medicine affords detox schedules for alcohol/drugs/cigarettes because the toxicity of these things are well known. Writing all the toxic elements of cigarettes will fill this entire page. On this plan, you are attempting to detox yourself from elements that are so mild, many people live their entire lives without noticing. It's a silly idea 'detox' yourselves of these elements without getting rid of the most OBVIOUS and TOXIC influences in your lives and in fact, there are lots of research that will show that attempting to detox while still loading on the toxins that overload the kidneys and the liver will harm you.

Another bonus is that when you're on a healthier diet, you are giving your body a better opportunity to quit drugs/alcohol/smoking. Some research shows that it's not just the alcoholism or addiction to drugs that causes illnesses. It can often be the other way around! Due to underlying health issues and its symptoms, people often chronically self medicate with drugs and alcohol to relieve themselves of these symptoms; anxiety, tremors, stress, nervousness, etc . . .

If you're going to try this, give yourself a chance to really try it.

I would like to do this thing, but since I'm working out, I'm following a 2800-3000 kcal diet and I think this would screw me up. Of course there has to be a lot of sugar in this kind of diet. I suppose it would be considered highly unhealthy?

Please tell me you can eat Cauliflower as a veggie?

And that pistachios are one of the few nuts that are safe to eat (after the ten days).

And what veggie juice are you drinking? You said we can't have tomatoes or carrots; what other veggie juices taste somewhat passable besides those two?

Also Lucky PUA, looks like everyone is copying your style, haha. This is the latest email from Sasha PUA, my favorite Day Game artist. He just posted his new diet and it is practically the same thing you've been telling us.

Alright so... I've been on a health kick recently. Actually, I started it in the summer while in Budapest. I was eating these crazy-ass, vegetable-filled shakes in the morning that were BOSS! Sounds gross - but they had fruit in them and other stuff that made them AWESOME! These things things were changing my whole body chemistry. I was so excited about 'em that I made a video actually showing how to make 'em just for YOU GUYS! (But I never put it up!)

Well, I thought now would be a good time so have a "healthy" post-NYE message!

So, I've shared the ingredients for these amazing mood altering shakes right here:

Talking about health: I just finished reading the PRIMAL BLUEPRINT!
This book is BOSS! I'd been following the core principles for a while - not eating excessive carbs in the form up wheat / avoiding milk.... but the book goes MUCH DEEPER!

Summary: Avoid all Wheat, Sugars, and Milk products: Our ancestors never ate them because they didn't exist! However eat as much Poultry/Fish/Veg/Nuts/Seeds as you like. If it grows, or ever lived - it's mainly O.K.

THINGS TO AVOID:
Trans fats
partially hydrogenated ANYTHING (and the evil other forms of it - di-glycerides, etc.)

and like I said
WHEAT
SUGAR
MILK products......

Then just do moderate workouts .... (no long-ass cardio sessions - as it's NOT GOOD FOR YOU!)

And you'll be ok ;)

So.... if ya'll wanna learn how to make those super healthy ass power shakes (and spend some quality time with ME!) then click here and watch the video!

The video he is referring to is here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rc9K_U2lWak

Day 4:
Weight:199lbs
Food Eaten- Raw Green/Red Cabbage, Olives Green/Black, Parsley. Not alot eaten today, didn't really have an appetite.
Drink- 4.0 litre of water Drank more today than usual.
Slept Last Night- 10hours
Sexual Energy- High, felt horny most of the day
Physical Energy- Pretty normal. Performed well sexually.
Emotional Energy-I was very calm today. The good feeling I had yesterday, transitioned to today. Not as deep, but definitely deeper than my "normal" feelings.
Thoughts- I'm seeing things alot more clearer. Definitely able to put things into perspective. Even my conversations with people are getting deeper, and have a more meaningful connection
Side-effects-My knees were hurting a little bit today, maybe because of the coldness, not sure.
Colon Tract- Barely pooped today.
Urine Tract- Been urinating all day mainly clear/light yellow.

Day 5: It's Over...

Well, as you have noticed over the 4 days i've lost already 6lbs. Today specifically was a very bad day. I kept feeling noxious and dizzy and no matter what vegetable I ate, it didn't go away. The headaches started rolling in around 5pm. At about 9pm, for the safety of my overall health, I ate some steamed rice and fish. My body totally went back to normal.

Now I understand some people(PUAlucky :P) might say that I should have continued, and maybe I could have. At the end of the day though, the fact that this diet wasn't being monitored by a professional, I did not want to risk my health in anyway. Unfortunately, this has come to an end. Fortunately, it was experience which offered me amazing insight.

First and foremost, appreciate the fact that you can go on a diet. That is, be thankful for living in countries where the abundance and assortments of foods allows us to have this choice. Thank god.

Second, be nice to your body. It such an awesome body to be able to do the things it does, like digestion. Do not over pollute with junk, and fast every now and than to give it a break.

Lastly, vegetables are awesome. They come in all different shapes and colours. Their so much cheaper than meat. And they are so kick ass in nutrients.

Just because this diet is over, I will continue to pay attention to what I eat much more carefully. Thanks PUAlucky for creating the opportunity for me to try this.

Last words- If your not aware of your body, DO NOT DO THIS DIET, know your limit.

Peace

So I have a friend that had some of the symptoms of anxiety I mentioned before, and we did an "easier" way of this diet, which still worked and I couldn't believe it

My friend, scott, has been doing it for 15 days but without starving.

He doesn't eat any wheat, milk, grains, fruits, sauces/dressings, white sugar, and proccessed foods....and that's it!

He never got a headache and his constipation got relief....
His anxiety diminished greatly and he lost some pounds

The only bad thing is that he had some cravings for bad food the first two days and then they went away...kind of like if you quit smoking cravings

He mostly ate fried eggs, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, celery, all other vegetables, but no fruits....he also cooked his foods, and had green tea with NO sugar

I believe the headaches/passout feelings happen because your not giving your body any sugar on the extreme 10 day trial, so this "easier" one is actually healthy

@dros,
If you want to try this diet while working out, tried the diet I just mentioned above...With eggs and potatoes (7g of protein per potato) you should be good

@april6e,
cauliflower is allowed...if fact, try the diet I mentioned above...it's way easier and I think it achieves the same results
About other puas copying me...those bastards!!!

@samex,
Bro, good job
Now that you did that, I would encouraged you to try this "easier" diet mentioned above....it's way easier, with no headache and full of energy...and you still lose fat, not muscle

BY THE WAY, EATING SLOWLY MAKES A BIG ASS DIFFERENCE....BY SLOW I MEAT 35-60 BITES PER FOOD IN UR MOUTH!!!

Thanks for motivating me man,

been doing this for 3 days now,

haven't succeeded following completely but had a few questions

Are the following ok?

corn, tapioca starch, vinegar (white/balsamic), hummus, tomatoes, molasses, buckwheat, quinoae ?

I'm a young guy suffering from bad acne, was hoping this diet would help me with that, even though everybody else eats **** and has perfect skin. I feel better in these 3 days though, and just that is a win. I had rosacea as a baby.

I still need to grow though and need to eat red meat, poultry etc.

would hemp protein powder (all natural organic non gmo, best stuff) be ok?

Thank you so much!

Hi LuckyPUA, Im gonna start off tomorrow. I like this thing because, the main reason of being a PUA (at least for me) is having a LIFE!. I do want chicks, but I also wanna be relaxed.... knowing that every friday my friends are with their gfs and I got dumped... it just makes me :( Sometimes Ive been able to FEEL awesome.... those are the times when girls are all over me, but after that I go back to AFC status... and it just sucks not being able to control how I feel.

So WHAT THE HECK, its only 10 days, even if i get a fu****** headache, or anything else, Ive suffered so much from being an AFC that 10 days will be nothing...
Ill be back to post how I feel after this....

If you have BBM or Whats App or WLM, feel free to pm me so we can keep in contact.

And to all the people thinking that this is BS... Yeah it may be BS... but if it was BS then why is this random guy gonna post random crap about diets, when he could be trying to get money out of your pocket instead.

He recommended to not add any sort of condiment to anything you eat while you are on the diet.
