Day 5: It's Over...
Well, as you have noticed over the 4 days i've lost already 6lbs. Today specifically was a very bad day. I kept feeling noxious and dizzy and no matter what vegetable I ate, it didn't go away. The headaches started rolling in around 5pm. At about 9pm, for the safety of my overall health, I ate some steamed rice and fish. My body totally went back to normal.
Now I understand some people(PUAlucky

) might say that I should have continued, and maybe I could have. At the end of the day though, the fact that this diet wasn't being monitored by a professional, I did not want to risk my health in anyway. Unfortunately, this has come to an end. Fortunately, it was experience which offered me amazing insight.
First and foremost, appreciate the fact that you can go on a diet. That is, be thankful for living in countries where the abundance and assortments of foods allows us to have this choice. Thank god.
Second, be nice to your body. It such an awesome body to be able to do the things it does, like digestion. Do not over pollute with junk, and fast every now and than to give it a break.
Lastly, vegetables are awesome. They come in all different shapes and colours. Their so much cheaper than meat. And they are so kick ass in nutrients.
Just because this diet is over, I will continue to pay attention to what I eat much more carefully. Thanks PUAlucky for creating the opportunity for me to try this.
Last words- If your not aware of your body, DO NOT DO THIS DIET, know your limit.
Peace
