Judging from your post she seems pretty easy going, just ask her out and see what she says. You don't really need to worry about hypotheticals until they actually arise and even then it shouldn't be a mind-boggling issue to just say what you are thinking. There isn't much you really have to do except make it easy for her to cheat and not put pressure on her.
