FLIRTING TECHNIQUES : I notice that if I put a position for a girl to praise me to be arrogant she'll push away. Especially in the beginning of courting her.

So when flirting: I noticed I can go all in too fast, by showing intent and it can push them away. So is it best to give and take and see their response. And if I see they are interested reward them and go further in. In other words what is a solid method to flirt.
