Alpha males do not appologize. They move forward. If you write a long ass thread, dont appologize, just write it. Don't appologize if you think you offended a hb with a neg. Give a cocky smile, otherwise if you appologize it breaks your frame and shows weekness. There will be times when you need to say sorry, but most of the time its unnesecary and very afc. Im dropping that word from my vocabulary right now.

example

AFC: Offending neg
Hb: OMG! I cant believe you said that.
AFC: Im sorry :(
HB: Whatever

Alpha male: Offending neg
HB: OMG! I can't believe you said that.
Alpha male :
HB: Take me home and fuck me!

See how this works. Quit it, im sick of reading, hearing and saying "Im sorry" when there was no need for it in the first place.

On the contrary CK, I apologize all the time!

But you would never know I am apologizing from the way I say it and my body language. :D

I think what you're aiming for is don't be supplicating.

But then again, I do that once in awhile too just to be unpredictable. If you're always cocky and arrogant, it gets old pretty fast.

You are probably right roads.

I have just noticed that AFC's say sorry alot when no appology was required.

I defo agree with that one, saying sorry is like admitting weakness. I'm in the army and during recruit training we'd do something wrong, say sorry, and get even more of a grilling for saying "sorry".Haha, memories...

Defiantly ...i'm conscious of the "sorrys" i give out...sometimes it simply slips out because i would normally have had sorry in that situation. For example...i just wrote a field report on this but idk...i was fucked up and i guess i was giving the driver a hard time(wasn't nice of me, but i was drunk so i was just playing along and she took it emotionally). So she basically stops the car mid street and says "get the fuck out or say i'm sorry"....i then refused to apologize even though i should have..but it sounded like an attempt at control(which she had b/c of her car) so i resented that and refused. But imo, alpha's should use their apologizes sparingly.

Question tho. If a girl says something and you either a. couldn't hear it b. pretended not to listen c. didn't care to listen at the moment

Does it matter if you just say "wait what?" ..."excuse me?"...sorry?"

I personally noticed that i use "what?" when i'm just trying to make it appear as though they don't have my undivided attention and i'm not desperate to linger on their every word. But then say "sorry/excuse me" when i really missed what was said. Any thoughts on that?

I think that's justfied. I'm assuming the OP intended to have exceptions to the rule.

I had this habit too. I'd say an outrageous number of sorrys... But back then I was the ''nice guy''. I removed the word sorry from my system. There's nothing wrong with accepting what you've done, and nothing wrong with accepting it if it's wrong, nothing wrong in being apologetic, but saying sorry is just simply lame.
P.s: I also believe you should apologize when you feel it is ABSOLUTELY your fault, NO ONE but you must and can correct it, no ONE but YOU are responsible for it and it MUST be corrected. ''Yes GF, I agree, this is where I went wrong. I'll sort it out ok? :) ok. Lets move on''.
In short, use apologies sparingly.. Specially if she's not your gf.

Real men apologize. Of course, if it's something where you were obviously wrong for doing... not some silly neg.

That reminds me.. I have a friend who says ''sorry'' even if he coughs in the presence of a female. Poor lad.. Got a long lecture on it.
