Hi there,

So this summer I've been working in a cafe and this girl kept flirting with me.

Now I've never talked with her outside of work but I've got her number and been texting with her for a while now. She told me she likes me and I'll be having a date with her.

When I get to her, should I just go for a hug or get straight for the kiss?

You already talked to her enough on text so you might as well do something touchy.

Why not invite her out to dance or something physical like mini golf?
