Just finished my 21days of no contract with my ex , and I want get my ex back so I know that it will take some time but I thought about finding ways that I can use mutual friends to get her to think of me in positive ways , I even thought about having a friend of ours text a message like this to her:

Something like that to keep her having postive emotions towards me....

Are there Any other ideas that you guys can share to help me out I Gladly appreciate it.

Don't you think it's better to give some context back story to why she is your ex? Don't you think that would be essential info to reveal?

If you fucked her sister and mother at the same time and she broke up with you because of it , I would suggest you shouldn't bother trying to make it work, but, Because you can't tell us the basic info, what the hell you want us to do about it?

its complicated bro I been talking to multiple women at the same time while me and ex breakup to get her out my head and move on with life but I can't ....she means alot to me and the breakup was due to lack of attention on my part and over the last 21 days I been trying to work on myself for the better , I'm really trying to get back with my ex again but the new girl that I was messing with during the( 21 days of no contract with my ex) is getting in the way of everything telling my friends and family that we are an official couple when we are not . its really getting out of hand I don't know how to tell this new girl that I don't love her that way without breaking her heart and being the bad guy in the situation , I just want my ex back...

Dude get yourself together. This is a shit show. Design your life and relationships in a way that doesn't get out of control like it obviously has. You may not know this and I am sure you don't feel like it now, but you have all the control of making your life and relationships what you want them to be. As Dragula stated, the world is abundant, cut ties with these girls and get it together.

all you need to do is

1. tell new girl your not in a relationship and you need time/space, or tell her the truth that your not over your ex

2. re-engage contact with ex, but dont get your hopes up. she might still see you, fuck you, spend time with you, but it will never be the same, and her phone will be getting hit up by other dudes and she will be entertaining new relationships too. I've been in that exact situation many times, thats why my new attitude towards Exs is "EX FOR A DAMN REASON….dont even contemplate reviving"
