Today a realtor sent me a listing for a mobile home park listed at $169,500....

After plugging the rental income into my formulas (accounting for maintenance, taxes, etc...)..... it will profit me over $20,000/year. I do this once. I do it twice. I do it 1000 times.

Do you see no value in that? Do you think a girl would see value in that. Money feeds her (future) kids and provides for a life of vacations, rather than slaving like a dog 40 hours per week.

Donald Trump has had some beautiful girlfriends. Do you think he would have had them if not for his billions?

having money is nice if you just want the physical act of love and you don't care if there is no chemistry there. lots of girls will pretend to like you for your money.

I wouldn't give any to them. I would always sign a prenup. I wouldn't like anyone who likes me for money. I would like someone because of their personality.

But I couldn't blame a girl for liking a guy with money. It shows intelligence.

Honestly, I look at those guys at the top of this page (Richard La Ruina, "Sinn", etc.) and they look like a bunch of losers.... especially Sinn. The only one I would take seriously is Xuma because he is a martial arts guy.

Sinn looks like the biggest phony creeper in the world. I would listen to what they have to say, but I think I could digest their knowledge in about 3 minutes.

Mystery is cool, but a little dorky.... and in his book, it specifically mentions people that own apartment complexes as people who have an unfair advantage to others. And that is what I will soon be.

In fact, I will own hundreds. As well as hotels.

As to help you develop, I genuinely think you should avoid telling ANYONE unnecessary (i.e. not a business partner or something) about your work. Try pretending you have a boring office job or something and see if you can build your identity/confidence without whatever it is you do for work.

all in all, you KEEP CHASING money and waiting for the women to flock to you. Me? I am going to keep fucking in the mean time.

I have changed my outlook on it since then. I consider it separate now. And I think the girls would appreciate that, otherwise they would think I think they are whores that can be bought.
