Hey,

So if your ex is a stubborn one and like all girls you need to start the conversation,should i wait for her to contact me?If 30 days pass and she doesnt contact me should i?
I mean i m not trying to get her back at all,just wanna chat with her,at least once a week.

Left out a few details didn't you?

She dump you or the other way around? If she dumped you then there's zero reason to expect she'll want to talk to you again.

What you wrote makes no sense either: If you don't want her back then why do you care about talking to her again? Lemme guess: you miss her friendship? Why post on a pickup forum if that's the case?

If you want her back, write that - with the details (not a 2 sentence question of a complicated situation). We don't care if you want her back... We need the info to advise you properly.

If you want her back: Don't contact her. If she's meant to come back she will. She probably won't so accept it, as much as it hurts, and move on.

If you don't want her back: Contact her. But there's no reason to do so since she will bring nothing of value into your life and future girls will not want you talking to your ex.

Whats in it for you to talk to her one a week? What exactly will you get out of that? Because if thats all you want and you don't actually care about being with her, then just contact her once a week. Why on earth are we even discussing no contact?
