I don't understand the problem.

First girl, you can either come right out with it "There such n such happening at such n such place on friday night, I'm going to be going, you should tag along" or you can pick an event, talk it up, and as soon as she describes any interest in the event, tell her that she can tag along. If not, no big deal, keep gaming and repeat.

Second girl, I've never been on tinder but the way I'd play it is to go for the hook up immediately. Invite her back to my place to watch some netflix that night. She's in to you and wants some attention if she doles out her number like that.

when I am dealing with a luke warm prospects or one in which I cant get her to invest then I use the hail mary technique to change the frame. So Ill text them something much more sexual than i normally would. That's the high risk/ high reward strategy. One thing I'm sure of is that using normal game and normal statements on weak prospects that wont comply is a losing strategy.
