The reason she freaked is possibly because the two of you were right next to eachother with your clothes off. She didn't want you to get hard and try to stick it in her at that point in time out in the lake and not behind closed doors.

Tbh, her being naked with you at the beach is really irrelevant when you think about it. Not an IOI nor a signal that she wanted sex.
