I am 5 7" and i weight 125lbs is that to skinny??

i feel that girls arent attracted to me cuz i look to skinny/weak. However underneath my clothes ive got some pretty crazy muscle definition going on. I've tried lifting weights and my muscles only get more defined not BIGGER in all aspects.... i have a very high metabolism (i sometimes feel the need to shit like 10 minutes after a burger..)...ive tried taking supplements and they didnt help much...

Body type doesn't matter as long as you make yourself look the best you can. Of course being extremely overweight won't help, but I know a chubby kid who works it and gets a lot of action.

Of course that is in the opposite direction of weight, but I'm sure it works both ways.

Hope it helps.

shouldn't affect you at all. Maybe wear some tighter clothes (fit, not emo bs).

HAHAHA!!!

dude, i'm 6 feet and 138 pounds.

Girls don't care. Really, it's okay man. If this game teaches us one thing (well, among other things) it's that, for men, your body doesn't matter all too much.

actually, a lot of girls like skinny guys.

Couple of tips:

Don't EVER try to cover up your skinniness with baggy clothes...EVER, you just look silly

body language becomes even more important. Do not hunch over (a lot of skinny people do this), and try to 'protect' yourself. stand up straight. actually having your head slighlty up and back (looking at the horizon) makes your neck look thicker too

I find that the best clothes for me, are pants that are a little thin (not trying to hide anything) and I wear dress shirts with the sleeves rolled up to my elbows, because t-shirts, when they're really short in the sleeves, make me feel self-conscious, the dress shirt covers down to your elbows, but looks good

Got ya beat, I'm 5'10" (maybe a tad taller) and 125lbs. Don't let it bother you. I tried working out, taking supplements, all that. Didn't do jack shit, just the way our bodies are. Girls will be more turned off by your insecurity of your weight rather than your actual weight.

Thin is in.

Just wear clothes that compliment your frame, and like previously said, dont be self consious about it.

If anything, go buy some chick jeans. They migh fit you better, and are designed to fit tighter in the ass. That might be the emo way to go. ;)

EAT! If you aren't gaining weight, EAT MORE! And get your ass to the gym so you don't put on fat. You can still pick up like you are just fine, but being in good shape is only going to help.

I do think skinny guys are at a disadvantage when it comes to attracting women. I'm a skinny guy. Skinny guys have to try harder. However, it is a bit encouraging to see skinny PUAs.

If you think that being skinny prevents you from attracting women then that's a limiting belief. You have to kill that ASAP. I am quite skinny and it doesn't seem to matter at all. I believe that most of the physical attraction that women feel for men comes from the body language of the men. So if you get your body language tight, women wont care about your weight.

Best of luck

mystery is like a godamn walking skeleton, who cares.

But if your a skinny guy that isn't making any gains in the gym, chances are your just not eating enough.. like the gentlemen above said.

the way i think of it you need to look healthy if your bones stick out people think you look a little gross coz u look unhealthy.

i would eat as much protien as u can, burgers from mc donalds or whatever are 3/4 fat so thats just sick.

protien suppliments im not sure some of them work i havent tried them at all but i just eat vegitarian burgers, check the fat to protien ratio if the fat is higher than protien it usualy makes me sick. it usualy takes a good 4 weeks to gain about a pound of muscle over your whole body eating right and resting properly u need to be lifting heavy wieghts to build muscle not small ones you could do hundreds of otherwise your just losing more fat and getting more compact muscles and more definition if you do it for an increasingly long time, lifting heavy stuff should be about 30 minuits max. yeah if you want to keep all the definition of your muscle while making them bigger i would do an alternate of both.

i personally have been doing heavy wieghts and my muscles seem not as

Im fairly slim and thats my natural body frame. As long as you get toned and put some muscle on that fits your frame. Work on your chest and shoulders, these are area's that make your body look in good shape. Dont be affraid to put alittle fat on, then turn that into muscle. Take the bus/drive to work/town, less sex/masturbation, stick to muscle building exercises. A good diet and weight gain/protein shakes combined with these and should start to see rusults, but it does take time.

That may be a reference to the old idea that sex and masturbation lowers testosterone levels. Not true though.

BTW< im 6'2 185 and thought i was a bone rack.

If you guys want to muscle up pick up the book Scrawny to Brawny by John Berardi, Phd. Definatly helped me add muscle...
