So I met this girl while she was at work. We talked briefly, I got her number and set up a date within 5 min of talking. Fast forward to the date, we grab lunch then walk around after holding hands. Next we grab some coffee and I walk her back to her place. She invites me up and she starts showing me her record player in her room. We ended up making out for awhile and then we started talking about sex and was asking about the number of partners I had. She told me she wanted to be next on that list. She said she had only been with 2 guys prior and that I should be honored because she never does this and I was the first guy to be in her bed. So we had sex and cuddled/talked for a couple hours after that. She drove me back to my place we kissed and she said she wanted to hangout/see me again. A couple days later after talking again I try setting up another date and she gives me a long explanation of how busy she is. I just say ok. I text her again like 4 days later trying to set up a date for the next week and she said she may have time and she'll let me know. She texts me the next day and says its not gonna work after another long explanation and I just reply "alright". Should I just assume for whatever reason she isn't interested at this point and just stop talking to her?

You didn't have the comfort, you moved so quick that she realized the next day what had happened, she felt like a slut so it's now over. She doesn't want anything else because it was an in the moment thing, thats why it's better to drag things out longer and let them chase you so that you can have that desire for you.
