Simple question... is the PUA game the same around the world or is it different from the U.S. to Europe to South America etc.

Same everywhere!! That being said... it is a little different in the undertones. (A Australian is a little different to game than a Latina, etc...) But that's a whole nother topic. Where do you live?

I would say, it's 80% the same. You'll just have to adapt or change some verbal or texting routines that fit your culture.

Not being needy works. Being the prize works. Taking the lead works. Push-pull works. Takeaways and no contacts work. Sexual escalation works. Sexting and phone sex work. Almost everything works.

It is the same, but you should take into account all the cultural factors of each culture. Some things are not interpreted the same as it would be somewhere else.
