I was wondering if a lot of the pua routines and openers, etc. have the same effect on black women? In my experience with women before my knowledge of the pua, many (of course not all) seem to have up a bitch shield.

I've noticed this too, especially the sistas of the more err "plump" variety.

Just work it like a normal bitch shield, and calibrate based on attitude rather than looks.

I don't think it should make a difference, women are women just like men are men. We are all alike, but very different. Like roads said, just calibrate and adjust.

The biggest issue is with them thinking they are at a higher level than others would.

Use the same technique as any other. Do not break your frame (it will be tested). Neg as needed and get them to qualify themselves.

Thanks for the pointers guys. I'll take the advice and try 2 apply it. The reason i ask is i've alway dated black girls and as stated earlier, they are very skeptical . But i'll stick to the routine I'll let you know how far i get.

I grew up being the manority, and had alot of black friends, some girls and some guys. My old best friend was a black girl.

From experience, pre knowledge of PUA, black women tend to be more confident, independant, and upfront...they also tend to be more freely social and also have a better sense of humor (remember this is a sterotype...this is NOT all black women).

What i found was to show more humor with them to get them to drop the defences. Also feel free to speak your mind and control the frame. If you can lead the social interaction they will dig it, especially if you can do it by being c&f.

Essentially its the same as other women with a focus on leadership, humor, and speaking your mind.

Ka! Good look! That helped a lot. The fact that they are more independant and x-ray vision for game has alway made me kinda .... nervous. But I can see a cocky/funny approach workin'.

I find myself being attracted to black women too, but I don't care what others say here because I know from my own experience that black women DO NOT have the same exact type of sense of humor as say white women, asian, indian, etc..

I've used cocky & funny openers from these forums on POF (Plenty Of Fish) & noticed that a lot of black women find some of the openers to be either offensive or rude (I guess you could say "Bitch Shield"). They don't seem to understand that it was just a joke or they seem to think that it's lame. But on the other hand, the other races seem to quickly understand the sense of humor & like it.

I guess you could say that I am here to share this from my own experiences, but I'm still open to seeing what more of you have to say about it. Maybe there are more effective ways from your own experiences? Would like to see more opinions on this since I really am attracted to black girls & would like to understand their culture a little more when it comes to attraction.
