I used an opener that I seen on the forum.

"OMG, you look like the type of girl, that needs ages to get ready"

I got a reply that said "Why do you think that?"

I didn't want to just say "Because you're beautiful."

I think that is kind of boring, and won't lead into conversation, just a Thank you or nothing at all.

So, can you guys help me out with my next line?

Oof.. this is not an ideal start. In the future, I would avoid OMG in caps at all costs- it just doesn't drip of alpha male. Additionally, it sets up a lot of expectation for whatever you're about to type next, and she will likely be disappointed. Keep it low-key and casual, make it seem like you aren't overly affected by her beauty but intrigued by her for Reason X.

We don't know anything about the girl, so maybe pull something from her profile or her pictures to make it specific to her, and respond with that, I think.

I have found openers that show you read their profile are much better than this. This is a type of copy paste opener that is only really useful if you are trying to blast a bunch of women. Believe it or not, "Hey, how's it going" is an even easier one to use.

This works for me, not 100%, arround 70% so is ok.
Works better if you have some photos with you and a HB, just to make her an example "look at my photo and look at that girl, she looks ok but, every time i go out with her she is not ready, she makes me wait at least 20 min. Well, they depend on what is in her profile. But, for example.. girl mentions windsurfing...
