There’s one quality that sets apart the men who are truly incredible with women from the men who are just pretty good with women.

Sexual presence.

This presence cuts through a woman’s persona, activates her core-level biological desires, and creates a feeling of intense animal-like attraction within her (this is a gradient scale based on how sexual your presence actually is).

Think caveman communication.

What you’re saying to a woman can be totally innocuous, but nonverbally you’re speaking a totally different language. You’re turning her on, but no one else in the room knows it’s going on.

She’s safe to be both the good girl and the naughty girl at the same time. She’s not worried about people watching, because from the outside-in it looks like the two of you are having a completely normal conversation.

But, the two of you know what’s really going on.

And that’s the beauty of it. It’s exhilarating for both the man and the woman because you’re both involved in your own little secret seduction.

If you’ve never experienced what I described above with a woman before, fear not. Supercharging your sexual presence is a simple process. By making and consciously implementing the following small adjustments on a consistent basis, you’ll soon be experiencing exactly what I’m talking about.

Adjustment #1: Eye Contact

Loads of sexual tension can be built through the use of eye contact. Without eye contact, however, it’s very difficult to create sexual tension.

Practice making and holding eye contact with women in public. Once eye contact is established, don’t look away until the woman does. Also, don’t stare at her until she makes eye contact with you. Instead, catch eyes with a woman as you both happen to glance at each other.

When in conversation with a woman, you should be making and holding consistent eye contact both while listening and while speaking. Most of the sexual tension will be built while you’re doing the speaking, however, because you will be combining eye contact with the next two adjustments in this post to trigger an intense gut-level attraction within the woman.

There’s no need to smile, or make any expression at all while holding eye contact. If I do happen to smile, it’s more of a smirk that communicates to the woman that I’m a sexually confident male.

Adjustment #2: Slow Down Your Movement

Slow everything down.

Whenever you’re in the presence of women or are interacting with a woman, slow down your body movements (the turning of your head, your hand gestures, your walk, etc). Slow down your blinking. Slow down the rate of your breath. And most importantly, slow down the rate of your speech.

Slow it all down to a crawl.

This communicates to a woman at the deepest levels of her being that you are a confident, masculine man who is comfortable in his own skin. She can also sense that you are a man who is used to having sexual relationships with women because you are so comfortable in your own skin while in her presence.

Bonus Adjustment: Insert Pauses in Your Speech

If you really want to take things to the next level, then all you have to do is start introducing pauses in your speech. It drives women nuts (in a good way), and they have no idea why.

Here’s an example: “Earlier tonight I was having dinner with some friends… [pause] We had a great time catching up… [pause] and now here I am… [pause] chatting with a gorgeous girl I happened to cross paths with an hour ago.”

Pause long enough so the woman can hang onto your words and it will almost seem like you’re hypnotizing her with your speech.

Trust me. She loves it.

Putting it All Together

By making these three small adjustments you will supercharge your sexual presence. You’ll notice that many of the women you meet from here on out will have no choice but to feel attracted to you.

This stuff is extremely powerful, and you must always remember to use it responsibly. As you develop into a more confident and masculine man day-by-day, you will realize that the women you get involved with will look to you more and more for leadership and stability.

You will be in a position to make a huge impact on another person’s life, so take this responsibility very seriously. Do everything you can to make sure the impact you make is a positive one, and leaves the woman better off than when you first met her.
