There's an HB9 that goes to my university that I've always thought to be out of my league. We've now been flirting with each other for a couple of weeks.

Yesterday, we went to a friend's housewarming dinner and cooked food there (just me and her). Our friends in the other room noticed something was up (and made it blatantly obvious that they noticed ), and decided to go buy alcohol without inviting us, leaving us alone at the condo. She showed some solid IOIs:

- giggle at my embarrassingly-lame jokes
- say 'stop it, you're making me nervous', then blush, when I watched her cook
- stand close
- weirdly touch my hand when handing me stuff (her hands are so soft hmmm..... lol)
- ask if I'm going to a friend's party the day after (that she is)
- ask about small stuff I briefly mentioned months ago
- etc

After people came back, she put in special effort to always be next to me (though she didn't talk much for some reason). We went home after dinner. We texted each other that night until about 2am.

I like her a lot, and I'm pretty confident she likes me as well.

I'll be seeing her tomorrow again at a school event. I want to strike while the iron's hot, but I have no idea how. Should I ask her out, or just tell her that I have feelings for her? I've never had a real LTR, and this is completely uncharted territory for me - any advice?

Don't tell her how you feel.. LAME every other AFC does that! Escalate! It seems like she was trying to escalate on you by touching ur hand LOL! You should be doing that instead of her!

Haha got it. I kino'd her as well that day (touching shoulder, thumb wrestle). It just got gradually harder when our friends came back and started giving those 'I know what you two are doing' looks.

I'm thinking of asking her to drop by my work where I can give her a tour of the building (I run a business in the building which gives me access to a couple of facilities on diff floors), then whatever else I think of. We grabbed coffee a few times after bumping into each other on the street, but otherwise haven't been out on an extended date.

Am I thinking along the right lines, or does that sound a bit AFC?
