This "pretend you're too busy" shit is stupid, and you need to stop doing it. It fools just about no one. No one is so busy and having such an epic time, 24/7 that they can't answer their phone or reply to texts except in exact time intervals. You know when you should not answer your phone? When you're actually too busy.

Personally I think it was a good thing that I behaved in a way where I didn't *need* her to be there for me to have an amazing time and I demonstrated that to her without even bothering to go into the standard "babe your gonna have a better time here, don't be an idiot" which is what she seeks from me everytime. I think most girls are too used to guys wanting them around so much that they don't even have to go see them to get their attention fix. I don't get the whole thing about people lying about being too busy. These things should never be bragged about, women are very observant, they can pick up those things faster than we can chug a beer. If it is needed to be done, it should be subtle.
