Regardless how much pua material i read they all say the same thing, basicly what you want to hear looks dont matter.

Was at a bar tonight which was pretty busy with college girls and the like. Friend from way back get together for a beer. This was the guy who ALWAYS got women, anywhere he went, without trying, without knowing anything about PUA. He was considered really good looking and about 6 foot tall.

He even back in the day, out of respect for the rest of us, not try to pursue, and the women still wanted to move towards him.

You could say it was his non neediness they were responding to, but he never gave in to them through the course of a night, when he felt like helping us out.

Some 15 years later, It was the same fucking shit. Im thinking ok, Ive learned alot, read alot, lived through a few ltr gf's, and im thinking Im on the same level as he is.

FUCK NO! Regardless of what any of us said, moved, held ourselves etc, the three sets of women we approached, all wanted his attention, and couldnt care if we left or not.

I actually understand. while Ill do a 6 or a 7 but if I see a hot one, I cant help myself from wanting to talk with her. Its like telling the women you are not as important as she is.

Thats what women do when around a real good looking guy.

Please dont tell me looks dont matter, it's complete bullshit. Nobody wants to fuck ugly. And women always feel better about themselves if they try for the good looking guy.

it's like the guy raises her value. If somebody sees her flirting with an ugly dude, they either think shes up to something, trying to make someone jealous, or really stoned on something.

Let me tell you, about me. I am Mexican, 5'3" with an accent and still get cute white chicks! I mean certain types of women go for looks but there are definitely girls that don't consider it too much. Being good looking gets your foot in the door easier but it doesn't mean it is all said and done. I remember one of my good looking friends being in a set but not able to form any sort of attraction and he looked out of place.


Your personality and fashion sense wins over a good looking guy with no game. I can't count how many times the good looking guy came over to friend me once he saw I had good game. Don't focus on this factor too much infield..

There is a lot of marketing quotes out there like "looks don't matter" and "any guy can get any girl" which are designed to get guys interested in PUA, I don't agree with these quotes, looks do matter, but so does having good game, which is probably the most important factor.

Sometimes the over the top PUA marketing does more harm than good.

How about we take 2 guys with the same skills except for looks:

Guy 1:
Looks: 9
Charisma: 8
Game: 7

Guy 2:
Looks: 7
Charisma: 8
Game: 7

If they say and do the same things, Guy 1 will always be preferable to the Guy 2, always.

I'd go as far as to say that roughly here is where the two guys could be considered equal, when comparing looks and game:

Guy 1:
Looks: 10
Charisma: 9
Game: 4

Guy 2:
Looks: 7
Charisma: 9
Game: 9

God knows how many times did I say some incredibly stupid shit (which were downright insulting) and they went by it and I bedded them eventually. Do you think an ugly guy would recover? It would be game over.

So to summarize, looks matters immensely, much more then game unless you're a blabbering idiot who can't put two sentences together. I don't really care whether you're ugly and managed to get some cute girl once in a while. If you had 3 grades higher looks, you'd be fucking like a super star.

Yep. Looks matter a lot. I think some guys see some fat loser with a hot girl and go "ZOMG looks do not matter!". First of all, I'd bet money this hot girl is not aware that she's nearly as hot as she is, and I'd bet she's a mess to boot. I have a lot of pretty female friends and all of them are well put together. IE look nice, fun, emotionally stable, usually intelligent. NONE of them date fat losers or ever have. Some of them have dated some good looking/well built losers. But they almost never date ugly guys. Looks are the single biggest factor in getting women. Especially in clubs.

Now when it comes to dating girls in your social circle, looks can matter less. Ugly guys are still in trouble. But average looking guys can get 8s if they're cool enough. But they'll still be stuck with only reliably getting 7s. And that assumes great game. If you're decent at game and average looking, guess what? You'll be getting mildly hotter than average girls.

There is no question that looks are important when you have Zero game! But if you develop your Alpha males skills then you will not go with out sex for long. Nonetheless, there are some girls that simply look for guys that are the type that you are not. Just take it like a man...and keep hunting, I personally keep going strong. Of course...you must dress in a style that will get women's attention. Not being fat..helps and having a personally to close the deal. But just becuse you are not a model, doesn't mean you have to get depressed. Just realize that you will not be attractive to all girls and move on...there are millions of women that you will be attractive too! Just be the best that you can be and go hunting!
