Things are really complicated..

so I met this girl from my course and she is gorgeous. We hang out a lot but there is a slight problem.

Story goes back for like a month. I met this girl ( say A ) when I was having sth with this other girl ( B ).
I started to get to know A when we went to a movie together for the course. When I first met her I kind of told her that I was having sth with B (we were walking back and I had nothing to talk about really). In return, she said that she also kind of likes this guy from her hall. two weeks later I figured that things with F is not working out and I started growing feelings for A. I told B that I might like her but cant tell for sure. She was all like "why me, I like this other guy". After another week or so, I told her that I was just really confused with the things with this B girl happening and I don't think I have any feelings for her.
It's been more less 3 weeks since I told her I don't really have any feelings for her, but now I think I do. Big time. When we hang out she laughs a lot, we text each other and hang out as well. I've been touching her shoulder or just in general to see her reaction and there was no sign of being repelled or anything. She is kind of a girl who is not that out going, takes things slowly and all like that. I kind of know that I dont have any game here, but I want to. I am just not so sure what I should do.

when I talk to her and she always tries to continue the conversation.
When I leaver her room, she also gives me signs to stay longer.
She doesn't really get repelled by me touching her.

She laughs a lot, making some jokes herself as well.

Due to the fact that we are both doing a very demanding, hard-work-required degree, she doesnt have that much time outside the course.

Anyway, you should lead these interactions with the girl. The girl will not move things forward for you. You can keep feeding into your fantasy of her being so "into you" by wanting you to stay longer, laughing a lot, and all this other nice guy garbage but you can only find out if she finds you a romantic interest if you go in for a kiss or state your desires. You sound very indecisive which is not an attractive feature to have in the dating world. You also lack tact in social situations. Lets go. Get up to speed.
