Stop making orgasm a focus of sex. It's not. It's about mutual pleasure and fun. It sounds like she's having a blast in bed anyways, you'll get it down before you know it. Read Sex God Method for some pointers. When she's squeezing her knees against your head while you go down, try forcing them apart. Something I found was effective from SGM was when she's close saying "No baby, you can't cum yet. Not till I say so" and bring her to the brink and stop. It'll build up for a massive orgasm.
