Ok so I'm in a situation that's a bit over my head, so thought I'd get some input.

I know three girls, HB7, HB8, HB9 from a class I was taking. HB7 gave me her email
for something related to the class. I could tell she was interested. I liked HB8 more, so I did not take any initiative with HB7. A couple of classes later, I got to talk with HB8 for a bit, we exchanged numbers. We have quite a bit in common, and she is attractive, has her shit together and nice to talk to. Potential LTR.

There is a bar I hang out at on Fridays and I asked for HB8 to join me. HB8 said yes, she wants to do that. HB7 also wanted to tag along, it would be rude if I said no.
Anyways, apparently, HB8 got sick that day, which I take as her flaking. And she didn't show up for the next two classes.

The last class was yesterday, and all three girls showed up. HB8 was constantly glancing at me, giving me IOIs. HB7 asked if I wanted to go to a bar with all of them,
but I had to decline because I had plans.

HB9 heard me turn down the invite for the group hangout. Anyways, I always thought HB9 was a bit out of my league and did not care to get to know her, but somehow, we got talking in the last class. Turns out, she is actually a very down to earth girl and pleasant to talk to. Conversation just flowed effortlessly.

I asked for her email, she said yes, so I gave her my phone. She entered her email, her phone number, and then called her phone from my phone so she has my number.

HB7,8 and 9 are all good friends. I am torn between HB8 and HB9. I feel that I and and HB8 have more things in common, better chemistry. But HB8 semi-flaked once, so I am a bit annoyed with her. And sure, HB9 is attractive, but once I ask her out, HB8 is going to know for sure, as they all talk.

I have never been in such a situation before. I want to ask both girls out, HB8 and HB9. Is there a way to pull that off? Thanks for reading, look forward to your input.

If you're looking for a LTR, then I would definetly ask out the HB9, take things slow, and keep the HB8 on the backburner, if things doesn't work out with HB9, then ask HB8 out.

it is all about what you want in a girl. You should be aware of the type of girl you are looking for and you will naturally screen them properly and get an answer on who to choose to game first. Also, pay attention to what she says, as she will give hints on what her personality is like. Game one at a time, since they are friends they will have the girl code in full effect and will not date you simultaneously.

From what you have provided you have not mentioned what qualities the girls bring to the table. Being a person that is easy to talk to is not enough to go on. I might suggest dating one and "talking to the other" for now.
