let's do an exercise...

This will be best for guys who've been in this community for over 1-2 years.

So... You think that pick up sucks? That it is a waste of time/useless?

Think again. I dare you to go back to your post history and start reading 5 firsts topics. Then, you will truly know if PUA has been helpful for you or not.

Personally, old-me made me laugh a couple of times! 8)

Posting here so I can easily click my username and check my old posts... Will come back with my actual response.

Looks like I knew the basics back then, and I guess I partied a lot. Funny how things change in just 5 years... Still have my high standards though. 8)

True, if only I could have a talk with "old me", I'd give him a little wake up call ahaha. And in 3 years from now, I guess I'll think the exact same thing about me in 2012 (If we're not all dead).

Life is a never-ending improvement, and pick-up community can be a really useful tool to live a healthy and happy life.

In the first five months since Ive read the game Ive averaged sleeping with one a month... and I feel I havent been applying myself. My average before was about one a year cause I was weak and just tied them down.... I dont need to read my old post to understand that PUA works for those willing to apply it!

About one year ago I couldn't hold eye contact with a girl for more than a second. The other day I kissed a girl without a single word, I just looked at her and gave her a smile. 8)
but as said PUA is not only about getting laid. Now I walk down the street with confidence, I have lots of new friends and people feel safe when they are around me. PUA is about changing completely your life.
I am happy now.

You can't go wrong with whatever direction pick-up leads you. I was a very introverted guy and I still am. Hanging out in large groups still annoys the crap out of me. However, I pushed myself to the limits and found I could have as much social interaction and sex as I wanted.

Now I'm a proud introvert by choice, not someone trapped by depression and fear.

Only for curiosity, What do you like about being introverted?

This is actually good, I tried it out a couple of months ago.

I went back to my first post ever, where I basically started a topic where I asked what a DHV was, LOL.

Amazing how much people evolve without even realizing it.

It's just so simple. More people bring more chaos, and it's in my nature to want manage it all. Burns me out. Prefer to be in small groups or do organized activities.

For pick-up, I stick to managing my own frame and have girls join me. Not try to work a big group head on.

I consider myself as an introvert aswell.

I'm not one to just start talking with anyone for no reason. I don't see it as being shy or anythng, but rather being really focused on something.

When I am in school, I don't flirt or talk around, I listen to the class in order to succeed. When I'm at the gym, I can talk with some of my friends but I am mostly focusing on my trainng with my earphones on. Since I was a kid, I've aways been a really imaginative kid who could get distracted easily. So when I get from point A to point B, I just put my earphones on and think about my stuff, latest BJJ or Muy Thai techniques, etc.

But hey, when it's game time and I am out with the intention to pick up some girls. You see me approachng here and there, talking to everybody, and it works like a charm most of the time. I am a completely different person.

That being said, I don't think being introvert is a bad thing.
