Talking seem to be avoided in this thread,but what people don't realize that if you really care and you know your partner really cares,you should talk if you have a problem. Expressing emotion does not show lack of manliness,but hiding them does. Alpha male is 1 that doesn't let his emotions control him,alpha male is 1 that doesn't let his feelings sway him,alpha male is 1 who does not let every little thing make him emotional and a true alpha male is 1 who shows his emotions,and does not hide them cause his afraid.

This argument is rubbish. An alpha male has emotions - not all alpha males are psycho paths. In my opinion you aren't naturally an Alpha. You've read books you bought online and your trying to "read in" your own rules to justify your faults. Nut up - be less emotional - because that is how a real man acts. And stop posting "Alpha Charcteristics" - when you haven't got the slightest clue.

Alpha characteristics if I read book I would have never said a true Alpha Male shows emotions. Alpha Males have emotions all people do,what people that pretend to be Alpha Males do is pretend like they don't,I used to do the same. Now I'm not emotional person I'm happy most days and rarely will I be down,but when I'm down I won't pretend like its alright I will be strong but I won't be like 'I'm a man,nothing hurts me' I will be strong and get through whatever tough time,cause I'm a tough guy. Real men,won't be fake and won't feel a need to if you sad,there's nothing wrong with expressing how you feel. Of course if you get all emotional and cry every second about everything that's not alpha and you have a weakness and need to become stronger. I believe women like men that express emotion,but not a lot of emotion,correct me if I'm wrong. I don't believe there's a person without emotion on this forum that's sane. Maybe I'm wrong and I have no problem admitting that,but I strongly agree a real alpha male does not need to pretend at all even with his emotions,which he has.

Almost every man has emotions, whether he is alpha or not.if you want to express your feelings, you can do that without saying a word. Maybe this is too deep for you, but it can happen.

You're on the right track. Nowadays, rAFCs seem to be blinded by all the fancy indirect and stacked routines, they have quite a vague definition about all the terms they've learned from PUA books.

In my opinion, alpha male isn't terminator. Take an alpha lion in a pack for example. Does he show emotions? Absolutely. He shows aggressiveness to females and enemies, he shows possessiveness to his pack, he shows courage to fight off invaders, he shows authorities towards his mistresses and youngs. Being alpha isn't about being a cold heart ignorant douche or forcing such frame on yourself. Being alpha is all about knowing what you want, your own capabilities and comfortable with who you are. Being alpha is about believing in your own reality and make your own frame while not letting the environment or anyone faze it.
