I have a friend called chris who used to be good with women but due to work and unexpected life events his game deteriorated and I've been trying to get him back.

we went to a cafe yesterday with some of my female friends and there was one them that i was introduced to the first time her name was Dalia. she came with Lisa to the cafe and they have known each other for a long time. I have known lisa for over a year now and she is awesome.

lisa told me that dalia has had a series of bad breakups and three months ago has "sworn off men to concentrate on her career". i told her thats what all chicks say when they have a bad break up and we started arguing on this matter. after around 20 minutes of arguing (we were at the opposite side of the table where chris and dalia couldn't hear us) we realized that chris and dalia have been engaging in a conversation for as long as we were arguing.

so we made a bet saying that in the next 2 weeks chris would hook up with dalia and lisa obviously think that she won't let him because of her past experience. Lisa swore to me that she wouldn't interfere with the situation and she would let dalia decide on her own whether she wants to go out with chris or not. But we all know how chicks are and their deceiving tricks and i think she has told her already.

we need to come up with a plan to win the bet and for chris to hook up with dalia

any ideas would be appreciated.

listen dude a good portion of us guys on this forum are here coz we are bad with girls. so we can't get a girl let alone set up a date for some other guy.

Not woth my time, i treat women with respect, i don't make bets behind their back.

I agree with Slugger, man treat women with respect, her friend should know better also, and to be honest, if you like lisa and want to get with her, this is a good opening to get with her, call off the bet and tell her that ye should respect the other girl more, it is her friend after all... But hey, even if you dont want to meet lisa, call off the silly bet man...

we are not trying to disrespent woman or anything..its just a funny bet that could lead to something great

idk guys it doesn't really seem like that stupid of a bet to me or like he's being disrespectful toward women. It seems beneficial to both parties involved. His friend needs to step his game up and by hooking up with Dalia, it will help him. And if Dalia hooks up with this guy, it might help her get over her bad breakup. It's beneficial to them both no matter if there's a bet involved in it or not. It seemed like the friend was interested in Dalia before there was even a bet anyway. Just saying
