had drunken fclose on d2, and then hanged out a couple of times afterwards. then later on due to finals she is completely booked ( i kept asking, but she kept saying next week , next week) , and stays indoors for 3 weeks then finally goes back to spain for 2 weeks. Before she leaves i try to get her to come out, but she couldnt. She texted lets hang out when she gets back..
In a week when she returns should i expect a text or should i go ahead and text?
any tips for this type of situations?

I wouldn't text her. You already showed that you are interested in the girl. Just leave her alone so she gets the point that you aren't going to wait around for her to decide when to hook up with you whenever she fells like it. Now I understand she is off to Spain for 2 weeks so when she comes back she should look you up and not you...

Look, sometimes we keep giving ourselves excuses to deny the obvious truth right in front of our eyes. No matter how busy a girl is, if she is INTERESTED, she WILL find ways to squeeze out a hour or two just to SEE you. And of course, she would do ANYTHING to meet you before she HAD to leave for Spain.

You have been asking her every week and she kept postpone it. Her level of interest isn't that high. I usually move on after a girl rejects my 3rd invite. However, don't act needy. Don't snap. Don't burn bridge as she might be interested in hooking up later or has some hot friends around. Be aloof and check in once in a while to let her know your intention. And by once in a while, I meant once a month or so. Either she takes it or leave it.
