I recently texted this girl using a routine I developed and she just stopped texting me. So how do I play this? Do I say something again to try and get her attention or just wait another day?

Just wait until you send her another text. If she doesn't reply; it would be very smart of you if you'd just move on and go game another girl.

The hardest part of getting a girl is first meeting her. Right then how she feels about you is not secure. If you want her to text you back you have to send her a text that changes how she currently feels about you which works wonders, but is not easy.

This is a girl I'm gaming online not face to face. It's odd cuz in girls I don't like I game them better but in girls I like I mess up. Here's how the convo went:

Her: For a religious project I'm doing
Me: Oh ya! That's right your a pastor xD lol (joke neg)

Me: I'll explain why, but what's a good way to let a girl know your not interested. (I begin my routine)

Her: Hmmmm that's tuff lol just say your not looking for one at the moment
Me: Makes sense. Lk most girls like/talk to me for my appearance - not personality.
Her: Thats just something we all go through I guess
Me: Definitely, it's just there's more to me than that you know.

No response. I hope I didn't project myself in the wrong light.

Its not funny. Its not interesting. Girls don't leave a funny conversation....I'm just reading it myself and im not interested in it. So thats probably what she's thinking. B-o-r-i-n-g

Now your thing about having a hard time with girls you like. You probably get to excited and make it to easy. People value, take pride in things they have to work for. Or ...guys often think "because I like her, she will like me" and this is completely ridiculous, but its what feelings do to your judgment.

I mean this girl use to never give me the time of day, so I think I made progress with her but today I messed up. Like for her to ask me What's up is an improvement. So to bring you up to speed, she was cold I told her a joke one day she laughed and became more easy to deal with but she's not fully warmed up.

So what can I say to be FUNNY and INTERESTING.

Also the whole bit about girls only liking you for your appearance just screams "Look at me! Look how hard I'm trying! I'm attractive, I swear!". Don't do that.

Talking to you in person is usually interesting for women. You should probably try that.

I have quite good text game but I'm trying to avoid it nowadays. Talking on the phone or in person always generate more attraction and rapport, saves time also. I had problem transitioning from text game to real life game because my real life frame isn't as strong as my text. Also the tonality plays an important part also. Girls can smell the inconsistency in it. That's why I'm trying to improve my real life game instead.

As for your question, just text her random unpredictable things. My favorite routine is the following:

Text 1: Pick one: [dinner entree 1] or [dinner entree 2]. Hurry up!
She replies
Text 2: [Dessert 1] or [Dessert 2]
She replies
Text 3: Pillow fight or movie under candles?
She replies

You get the idea, typically I only asked 3 questions. Depend on how much IOIs her answers are. I end it with the following 2 options:

Option 1: "Perfect. Be here at xxxx pm " Then when she comes over, I have everything completely opposite to what she picked.
Option 2: "Thanks [insert nickname]" And don't reply to her for at least 2-3 days.

You laugh at your own jokes a lot, which is perfectly fine and sensible if you think your joke is funny, but i think you do it because you're unsure and that makes you look "try hard."

Honestly, the whole girls like me for my appearance thing and how to handle a girl that likes you for your appearance...that all kidna sounds gay honestly. We're guys we like people for appearance...that's fine!
