IOI but no eye contact HELP!

Question Eastern Euro girl HB7 giving me mad IOI's while at work

Stroking neck
Body facing me
Feet Facing me
Twirling Hair etc...

But heres the thing, No EYE contact. I look I look but never can I engage her. What should be my course of action. I could be imagining this but I just dont know

Theres more attractive females at work but im digging either her or another HB7 but I want to know where things stand with her first.

My stats: Black, 26, average, confidence but introverted. 5'10 155lbs

Eliminate you're suspicions and talk to her!
That way you can get some definitive IOI's rather than these unambiguous ones. She may just be fidgety!

So let me get this straight..
You dig this girl, you think she's hot, you desire her, oh and you think she may be giving you IoIs, but you dont want to talk to her because you haven't looked in her eyes?
lol Screw the eye contact, screw Approach Invites. If you like a girl, doesn't matter if she's giving you IoIs or not, YOU APPROACH HER REGARDLESS
(unless your scared of rejection or have AA)
The girl work with you, right? so there's literally a million ways to open her my dude.

The reason there is a list of IOI's, but you only need to look for a few, is because not everyone gives all of them. Some people are nervous about eye contact and find it too intense, which is exactly why they give off their interests in other, more subtle ways.

If someone is giving you signs they are interested and you aren't responding to them, why does it surprise you if they don't take it to more obvious signs?

It's time for you to take a step toward her and show her you have noticed the initial signs and give her a reason to give you more.

Thanks for the tips guys, I do have a AA, but dont get it confused I have lays under my belt but I dont know. We are a different race and it makes me a little hesitant. I should just man up but what should I say to her. I am just here as a temp she is a intern but I dont know, I just feel it would be weird if I just said something. I am just thinking of saying:

Hi! My name is Peter, I never caught your name...

what do you guys think??

What nationality is she? Some European cultures don't give as much eye contact as British/American girls due to cultural norms in their respective countries. If in doubt...approach or forever wonder.
