You've got to be that guy who has other options, even if you don't, always act as though you do so you're unphased when she cancels/flakes or isn't receptive to your plans.

Who knows what's going on maybe she's genuinely busy, or maybe she wants to see if you'll chase her a bit. Just lay low, let her message you, if she doesn't in a few days drop her a line, make some small rapport building talk, and if she doesn't bait u into asking her out then wait till the next convo to invite her to do something with u.

as others have said, play it cool, assume its bad logistics or she may just be nuts, in any case you aren't going to know why she changed her mind so the best thing you can do is act nonplussed. You aren't going to "game" your way into her pants at this point, your just going to ruin what chances you may have by acting clingy or concerned.

Also is that Russel Brand on your avatar? If so it is a good choice, that guy is a true pimp, anytime I hear him speak its clear he has great game and frame.
